Finca Colina de los Almendros nestles in a typically Spanish hamlet on a hillside surrounded by almond and olive trees yet is only 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport. This peaceful, authentically Spanish environment provides you with the perfect place to relax and retreat from the strains and stresses of everyday life. Book a course or simply take time out to soak up the peaceful atmosphere.Unwind, relax and recharge.

Depending on the time of year, help yourself to almonds, plums, grapes, mandarinas or lemons straight from the tree or pick some of our chillis and spice up your cooking.

Finca Colina is a mountain retreat in Real Spain where you have time and space "to be". You can use Finca Colina as an individual, a family, with friends or as part of a group. You have your privacy but we are nearby if you need us.

Leave your polished shoes and suits in your wardrobe, hop on one of the many flights to Malaga or Granada and step into inland Andalucia, "Real Spain". Feel the sun on your face, breathe the fresh mountain air and Relax. Hire a car if you want to see more of the area or we can meet you and return you to Malaga airport.This is your time and your space “to be” whether for a few days or a few weeks.

We don't have sport's bars, night clubs or "happy hours". Our music is the tune of goat bells and bird song.We have fresh mountain air, sensational views and tracks where you can walk all day.This is a paradise for bird watchers and naturalists.Enjoy watching the turtles as you stroll along the banks of the Casasola reservoir. We have 2 Mountain bikes available for hire to enable you to explore the various mountain tracks leading from the Casita.

We do have "a bar" within 5 minutes walk of the finca. Visit this for an experience you're unlikely to have anywhere else! In winter you can sit around a tin bath filled with blazing almond logs. In summer you can enjoy the balmy air and song of cicadas. Don't expect the chairs to match but you can expect a friendly welcome from locals who speak no English.

During the heat of the day you can cool off in our pool with stunning mountain views. If you love natural water you can swim in the Casasola reservoir which is a 10 minute drive. For a day at the sea side the Mediterranean is a 40 minute drive.
