I qualified as a homeopath from the Northern College of Homeopathic Medicine in 1989 then registered with the Society of Homeopaths when I lived in England. I continued my studies with Jeremy Sherr and received Practitioner of Classical Homeopathy qualification in 1991. From 1992 until 2006 I was co-director of studies and clinical practice tutor at Northern College.

Homeopathy is a system of medicine which works with each person individually and as a whole rather than looking at parts which “need fixing”. Homeopaths believe that your body produces symptoms in an effort to heal itself. We use these symptoms as a guide when choosing remedies (medicines) to help sick people recover their health.

Introduction to Homeopathy

A workshop for people who know nothing or very little about this fascinating system of medicine. We will spend three days exploring the philosophy and application of homeopathy. We will study the remedies (medicines) used by homeopaths and learn how to prescribe them for yourself and your family. By the end of the workshop you will understand the principles of homeopathy and how to use remedies for simple acute problems.

Homeopathy, level 2

A workshop for those who have some knowledge of homeopathy. Participants will have used remedies for the treatment of acute problems. We will spend three days building on your existing knowledge and experience.
