"Wayfarer there is no way, we make the way by walking"

Machado

As a qualified teacher, homeopath and life coach I have many years of experience working with people as they journey through life changes.
I qualified as a teacher in 1971, as a homeopath in 1989 and as a life coach in 2004 so I feel that I have the skills and enough life experience to help you to make the changes needed which will lead to a happier, more fulfilled life.
What is the meaning of your life? What do you want your life to mean? You can discover this, explore and achieve it through life coaching.

Life Coaching is not psychotherapy. You do not need to be sick to get better. Through life coaching you begin to make the most of your talents and opportunities. We may visit your past but only as a point of reference to help you to break any old habits that are keeping you stuck. By leaving behind old habits you choose what you want to take forward so that you focus on future actions. Many people spend their lives being directed by others and end their lives thinking “if only”. Life Coaching enables you to take control and move your life in the direction you choose to go.
I will listen to you without prejudice or judgement. I will be the independent ear to your fears, hopes and dreams. This is the beginning. I will then help you to formulate your step by step plan to achieve your goals. “Goals are dreams with legs- they go somewhere” *

Life Coaching Sessions

If you choose to include life coaching sessions in your retreat at Finca Colina I will send you a brief questionnaire to be completed and returned before your arrival. This will help me to prepare for your first session. Each session will last one to one and a half hours and cost €30. You may choose to have one session or several sessions spaced over the week. If you feel you need a double session of 2 to3 hours that’s OK too. I will give you suggestions for exercises you could do between sessions and when you get home to help you move forward. You will need a notebook to use as a journal for your “journey”. I suggest you choose a book you’ll really enjoy picking up and writing your thoughts and exercises (no one else need see it) so that you can use it as a measure of your progress or to confirm the progress you’ve made once your goals have been realized.
